Real operational experience. European academic rigour. Cross-regional expertise. This is not a team assembled from theory.
After years working in GSE operations, maintenance and procurement across multiple countries, Arshad founded GSEman OÜ in November 2025. He has seen what works and what fails. Operators paying premium prices for equipment that does not fit their aircraft types or their operational reality. GSEman exists because of that direct experience. Every recommendation the firm makes is shaped by someone who worked the equipment on the ramp, not just studied it.
Studied at ECAM Brussels, Belgium's leading engineering institute. Master's degree from the University of Warwick. He has led teams spanning twelve nationalities across European and Asian markets, speaking their challenges, solving their problems and keeping operations aligned. That combination of structured commercial thinking and genuine cross-regional fluency is exactly what GSEman's growth strategy in Southeast Asia and the Middle East demands.
Shahriar is an Aircraft Maintenance Technician with over six years of hands-on experience across Boeing 737, 747 and Airbus A320 aircraft, working under EASA and GCAA regulatory frameworks in Singapore, the UAE and Bangladesh. He has worked with ST Engineering in Singapore and Volga Dnepr Gulf in the UAE, covering scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, fault diagnosis and airworthiness compliance across both narrowbody and widebody fleets. That breadth of direct ramp and hangar experience, across multiple operators and regulatory environments, is what he brings to GSEman's advisory work.
Gonsalves spent years inside an airline's safety and compliance operation, auditing ground and flight operations, ensuring AOC compliance with Tanzania Civil Aviation Regulations, and developing corrective action plans at Air Tanzania. He knows what breaks when GSE fails because he was responsible for the procedures when it did. That regulatory background, combined with practical aviation experience across flight instruction and business development in the African market, is what he brings to GSEman's advisory work.
GSEman works with operators who take their ground operations seriously. Initial consultations are without obligation. We will be direct about whether we are the right fit for what you are trying to solve.
